citizenM — Summer Sale '24

citizenM is a global hotel brand built on a strong visual identity and irreverent tone of voice. As their in-house senior creative, I owned the brand's digital visual identity across every touchpoint — CRM reaching millions of subscribers, paid campaigns across Meta and Google, landing pages, social, and OOH.
I also led the in-house content team from concept to shoot, producing photography and short-form video that replaced external agency work and saved the company €50K+ annually.

Erik Kessels and Gallerie d'Italia

Creative Production & Technical Direction. Collaborated with artist and creative director Erik Kessels on Un'Immagine, a large-scale immersive installation presented at Gallerie d'Italia, Milan, opening October 2024.
The work draws on thousands of images from the Publifoto Archive, algorithmically stitched and morphed into a continuously moving 360-degree visual and sound experience, with an original soundtrack by Robin Rimbaud and Stefano Pilia.
The core challenge was translating a precise artistic vision into a technically complex output without losing its intent in the process. Working directly with Erik, I identified the right technical collaborator, then acted as the bridge between artistic direction and execution — interpreting the concept, managing the creative dialogue, and overseeing delivery to Gallerie d'Italia.
The exhibition opened to critical success.

Activant Capital

Extending the website for a research-led global investment firm. I inherited an existing design foundation and built on it — designing new components, sections, and pages that expanded the site's capabilities while staying true to the established brand identity.

Phase one of a digital rebrand for an Amsterdam-based art festival. Starting where the audience already is — Instagram, email, motion — before rolling out the full identity and website in year two.
